How We Ship

All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our Bluffton, South Carolina studio using Shopify’s trusted carrier network (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Every tee is folded, wrapped in eco-tissue, tucked inside our reusable Marshpuppy tube, and paired with a collectible story card - then off it goes to you.


Processing Times

We pack each order with care (and caffeine).

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 1 p.m. ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • During launch weeks or major promotions, please allow an extra day or two — our possums work as fast as they can.

International Orders

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping will be available soon - sign up for the Marsh Mob newsletter to be first to know when we expand our marshy reach.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email directly from Shopify.
You can track your package in real-time using the link provided.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at robyn@marshpuppy.com.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Sometimes the marsh gets messy.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier first to confirm delivery details.

  • For lost or damaged items, email robyn@marshpuppy.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order # and photos (if applicable).
    We’ll work with you to make it right - whether that means replacement, store credit, or refund.


Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
We also do not deliver to freight forwarding companies.
