Returns & Refund Policy

Our Goal

We want you to love your Marshpuppy gear as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • With all tags, packaging, and story cards intact

  • Packed in the original Marshpuppy tube, if possible

To start a return, email robyn@marshpuppy.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and the return shipping address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Refunds

After your return is approved and received:

  • We’ll notify you by email that your refund has been processed.

  • Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds are available only to the original payment method.
We do not currently offer store credits or exchanges.


Final Sale Items

All sale, clearance, or limited-edition “Drop” items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email robyn@marshpuppy.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund -  at no cost to you.
