1. My item is still not arrived, is this normal ?
The delivery can take about 3 to 5 weeks.
If it is less than 5 weeks, just be patient, your item is on the way.
If your product is still not here after 8 weeks, we will refund you 100%. This only happens, however, very rarely.
2. Why is the delivery so long ?
To avoid the costs of storage and labor rates, our goods are located abroad. This allows us to offer articles at very competitive rates while offering you the support needed.
3. I want to cancel my order, is this possible ?
Yes, you have 24 hours from the time your order has been completed. Simply send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and will refund 100% of the amount.
4. There is a lack of articles to my order, where are they ?
We have a lot of suppliers, when you place an order, each vendor is in charge of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages, and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower). If you order the same item 3 times, then they will all be in the same package.
5. How do I know if my order is under delivery or not ?
Well will immediately notify you when your order is on the way and we will attach the tracking info in the E-mail.
6. Do you ship abroad ?
Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world except for a select few places. E-mail us for more information!
7. My item is damaged, can I have a refund ?
If your item arrives broken, return it to us and you will be refunded.
8. I made a mistake in the size of my order, can I get a refund ?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, so be careful before placing an order, if your article is a garment or has a selective size.
9. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund ?
Simply contact us and we will send you the procedure. You have 15 days from the receipt of the goods. You will just have to send back the item and we will refund you 100%. The costs of the return are at your expense.
